Our IP 220 dry-ice pelletiser is the ideal device for this. It can produce 220 kg of pellets per hour, directly on site if desired, and thereby reduces your logistical planning, procurement and storage costs to virtually zero. As a welcome side effect, fresh pellets also significantly reduce the cleaning time, as the fresher they are, the greater their cleaning power. In comparison with pellets that have been in storage and are several days old, the cleaning time can even be halved in the ideal scenario. The device has a robust stainless steel frame, a logically structured control panel with single-button operation, as well as comprehensive electronic system status monitoring. Any deviations of the setpoints, for example from oil level and temperature, motor load or hydraulic oil and CO2 pressure, are reliably displayed via indicator lights and pressure gauges. Last but not least, the pellets can of course also be used for cooling purposes. You can acquire the CO2 tank required for operating the IP 220 from your local gas supplier.
