What we are looking for…

We are looking for an HRBP Operations to oversee all personnel-related matters and ensure we use our resources beneficially. HRBP Operations responsibilities include designing budgets, applying company policies and managing internal HR operational processes and systems. To be successful in this role, you should have extensive HR experience and good knowledge of Human Resources Management software / digitalization HR processes, Personnel administration and Payroll. You will ensure our HR department operates efficiently and aligns with our business objectives.

Are you our ideal candidate?

  • You have University Degree;
  • You have 3 - 5 years' proven work experience as responsible of HR Operations or similar role;
  • You have experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools;
  • You have experience in designing compensation and benefits programs;
  • You are a good team player with good planning and organizing skills;
  • You have excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
  • You are HR passionate, with initiative, drive, meticulous, willing to grow professionally;
  • Problem analysis and resolution are your main skills;
  • You are proficient in MS office package;
  • You are fluent in English;
  • You have project management experience and leadership abilities;
  • You have good knowledge of labor legislation.

What will you actually do?

  • Lead HR projects like all global systems & tools digitalization and improvement processes;
  • Implement functional HRMS and internal databases;
  • Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems;
  • Review and update our employment contracts and agreements;
  • Prepare HR budgets (Capex & Opex) and monthly analysis;
  • Prepare monthly HR controlling internal and Group reports;
  • Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys);
  • Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements;
  • Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements
  • Act as HRBP for managers and employees for operational processes.
