Step 1: Online warranty registration

Kindly register your warranty via www.kaercher.com/sg within 7 days of purchase. Print out a copy of your online warranty confirmation slip.

 

Step 2: Redemption details

To redeem vouchers, please bring along the following items to the redemption centre during operation hours.

1.     Original sales receipt or invoice.

2.     Original product label cut out 

3.     Online warranty confirmation print out

Redemption deadline:
