Repair service

Here's how it works: Devices from the Home & Garden range, as well as some smaller machines from the Professional range, can be repaired quickly and affordably in our repair centre at low prices


Specially trained service engineers ensure a high-quality repair. Repair stations for each product group and a full stock of replacement parts on-site also ensure an extremely quick repair. Every machine undergoes a complete function test and safety inspection in accordance with BGV A3 following repair.

Repairs are carried out at fixed prices, including dispatch and packaging.

Repairs process

  1. Package the faulty machine, including accessories, in a cardboard box.

  2. Enclose a brief description of the fault and a copy of the proof of purchase – this will allow us to check for warranty verification

  3. Contact our collection service (Charged at $55 without GST) on +65 6897 1811 for the item to be collected by our delivery personnel or alternatively bring it down to:

  4. Our logistics partner will collect the machine from you shortly afterwards. Your machine will normally be returned in less than one week. If the repair is calculable, you will of course receive a 3-month warranty on the repair.

Repair warranty

Kärcher offers private customers a warranty on Home & Garden products, covering material and manufacturing defects. You must provide proof of purchase as proof of the warranty.
