Sales Executive
(Based in Bangkok or Chonburi Branch)
Responsibilities:-
- Direct Sales Development in the assigned target group segment under the Professional business product portfolio.
- Acquire new accounts in addition to developing existing accounts through target group development and product mix penetration.
Identify, monitor, and feedback on market information, leads, trends, and competitors’ activities and be able to propose sales planning, strategy, forecast, and solutions regularly to the superior to help support the business growth and achieve the sales target.
- Participate and support the company by organizing the fairs, roadshows, seminars, and exhibitions.
- Conscientiously and continuously build strong customer bonding and relationships with each customer to ensure the long-term and sustainable relationship is maintained.
- Capable of performing product demonstrations as part of the sales process.
Qualifications:-
- At least 3 years of work experience from multinational company (MNC) is preferable
- Self-driven, hungry salesperson with a strong desire to develop new clients or business in order to achieve or exceed the sales targets
- Possess strong analytical and sales planning skills in terms of analyzing the marketing situation, competitors, customer’s operations, etc. Have in-depth understanding of customer’s needs so that he/she can offer the right products/solutions which suit the best to client’s application.
- Hands-on person, can work under factory conditions/atmosphere
- Goal-oriented with the focus on result mindset.
- Proficient in the documentation and working processes e.g. preparing sales reports and related documents
e.g. Material Request Form, etc.
- Possess strong communication as well as demonstrate diplomatic skills in dealing with all
stakeholders
- Must be a good team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to travel upcountry or abroad alone for sales visits or training
- Good in English (read/write/speak)
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize daily work efficiently
- Have your own car and driving license
