Automatic frost protection

Prevents the plant and vehicles from suffering any damage caused by temperatures below 0°C. In case of frost, the machine will stop the operation of further washes and will start a sequential blow out. Hoses, the water distributor and spray tubes will be emptied. Additionally, outlet valves which are located at bottom level of the water distributor open up after all water has been blown out. Thus possible water residue is prevented from causing any damage. The necessary compressed air needs to be supplied on site. There are two options regarding the frost protection: A thermostat monitors the temperature. In case of frost it gives the signal to start the process.
