Light weight but effective
We needed a lighter weight floor cleaner. Our old one was effective but heavy and cumbersome. The FC5 is easy to use, switch on and it runs continuously, washing and sucking up excess fluid. The finished floor tiles soon dried to a good shine.

Definitely go for cordless
70% of my floor coverings are slate or tile and I can’t believe I haven’t bought one of these before. It has cut my washing time down by over half and I can wash much more frequently because it’s just pick up and go.
Lightweight and extremely manoeuvreable, it washes right up to the edge and leaves the floor virtually dry.

Great for quick floor cleaning jobs
Light, easy to assemble and use, charges quickly and keeps it charge (even if not used for a couple of days. Its perfect for smaller houses or flat for 2-3 adults which gets light dirt on floors. Easy to use mid week when you have a spill. No faffing around with filling a heavy bucket of water and getting out a mop or bending over to squeeze the mop! Very good for the elderly for this very reason as well. Simple to release the cleaner rollers and pop them in the washing machine. This is not a hot steam floor cleaner - if thats what you're looking for. It would not be good for families with children or dogs where floors may get a lot more dirt and spills. For my use, it suits me perfectly!

Wonderful floor cleaner.
This is my second week. I have few BTL properties which are maintained by my wife and myself. We just need to clean the communal areas like corridor, status, kitchen, WC once a week. And this is perfect for us. We just go out in normal dress to do other business and whenever we need, we simply take this out of our car boot and clean floors without touching anything. We just need to make sure the dirty water storage is emptied before putting back to car boot. One can conclude the performance just by seeing the dark dirty water and debris it collect..
Once at home, we can clean it thoroughly. We have a 2nd pair of roller for our own home. However the only down side is the 20 minute RUNNING TIME! We have a Bosh 36v lawn mower with separate charger with 2 batteries! KARCHER could have this separate charging mechanism whereby we could buy additional batteries according to our need. Bit of a STUPID idea for a good machine!
