Steam cleaning hobs and ovens
Glass and ceramic hobs are notoriously tough to clean, but not if you have a steam cleaner. A stainless steel spiral scourer can even be attached to the round brush - you can find these in any homeware store.
There's no need to worry about scratches on the glass hob when steam is involved, as the steam forms a protective layer during cleaning. Edges of the hob can be cleaned with the detail nozzle and round brush, without using the cover.
Oven doors can also be cleaned spotlessly with a steam cleaner - simply use the hand tool and cloth. Please note that the inside of your oven should not be cleaned using a steam cleaner.
