Goods ordered from Kärcher UK are delivered directly from our warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Deliveries are subject to a charge of £2.95 or delivery is free for orders over £50.00. The delivery charges are shown before orders are submitted.

We may, occasionally, choose to send your items in more than one delivery. In such cases, you may be invoiced multiple times but you will only be charged once for delivery and this charge will appear in the first invoice for the order.

All prices shown include VAT.

Availability status information is shown on the product details page and can be used as an indication of likely delivery times.

For orders of more than one item, the delivery time for complete deliveries depends on the items with the longest lead time.

We offer Klarna as a payment option to our customers to enable you to split the cost of your purchase or delay payment.

PayPal
PayPal is the faster, safer way to pay for purchases online and is free. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register here.

Credit/Debit Card
We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard (We do not accept American Express, Diners Club or JCB).

When ordering, select credit card as the payment method on the payment methods page. You will then be asked to enter your credit card details after viewing the order summary. The following data is required: type of card (MasterCard, Visa etc.), card number, card security number and expiry date.

Wallet Payments For even more flexibility, you can also pay quickly and securely using digital wallet services (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay).

In order for us to best handle your request, please follow the following steps when contacting us:

• Ensure you have your order number and ideally a reason for returning (in case we can help you overcome any issues)

• Serial number– this is a 6 digit number located on the machine (we can help you find this!)

• Please note: we may request photos of goods or packaging

You must notify Kärcher UK within 7 days of delivery if you believe that a detergent or chemical is damaged on delivery. You will not have any right to cancel an order for detergents or chemicals if the container seal has been broken or tampered with.
