Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Lead local Key Account sales and business development activities
Perform regular site visits to understand customer needs and explore new market opportunities
Deliver professional product presentations and handle inquiries/complaints with speed and precision
Proactively identify and secure potential high-value customers to expand local footprint
Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate assigned target groups

Job Requirements
3–5 years of B2B sales experience (Cleaning industry or Engineering background preferred)
Higher Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
Prior experience/network in Education (Universities/Schools), Logistics, or Government Departments is a plus
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Target-driven, analytical, energetic, and a collaborative team player
Valid driving license is a strong advantage for client site visits

Customer Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Customer Engineer to join our service team. You will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our cleaning machines and home appliances, ensuring high-quality technical support both in-house and at client sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform repair and maintenance services for cleaning machines and home appliances
- Handle both indoor workshop tasks and outdoor field service assignments
- Assist with warehouse operations and spare parts management
- Manage technical documentation and service reports
- Execute other ad hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Proficient in Cantonese; basic command of English and Mandarin
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel) and Chinese word processing
- A valid driving license is highly preferred for outdoor field work
- Hardworking, responsible, and able to work independently

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: HK$19,000 - HK$22,000
- 5-Day Work Week (Mon – Fri, 08:45 - 17:45)
