We accept the following payment methods:
If you are using an international Visa or MasterCard for your order, please note that the purchase price may vary with exchange rates. Further, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
If you have a Kärcher promotion code, you can enter it during the checkout process.
- When you reach the "Your Shopping Cart" page in the checkout process enter your promotion code in the designated field
- Click "Apply"
If the code is accepted the promotion code discount will be shown in the order summary. If the code is not accepted, you will receive a notification.
Please refer to the terms of the specific promotion for details.
Ordered products will be shipped within 3- 5 business days. Deliveries are subjected to a charge of $100 if your order is on/under $499 and a delivery charge of $50 if your order value is $500 to $799.
Free delivery is offered for order above $800 at a time.
Kärcher is entitled to make partial deliveries as it deemed reasonable. Deliveries will be made on Mondays to Saturdays before 5:00pm, not including Public Holidays or Eve of Public Holidays.
Some of the locations are not available for delivery. Please refer to the information of our logistic partner.
Machines can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase due to damage or defect found (Man-made damage is not included). After 7 days, no return or refund is available. The machines can be repaired during warranty period.

Kärcher’s warranty for its products is as follows:
Two year warranty are given all products sold on our website are given. Please keep the invoice/proof of purchase.
Exclusion - Consumable items referred as accessories such as filters, brushes, hoses, batteries, nozzles, cloths and other normal wear and tear parts are excluded under this warranty.
