Warranty Terms and Conditions

• This warranty is only applicable to products purchased from Kärcher Hong Kong official online store, official retail stores, and authorized dealers (e.g., Shun Hing). It does not apply to accessories or products purchased outside of Hong Kong.
  
  
• Machines purchased from the above locations are eligible for a two-year warranty. Please retain the relevant receipts and proof of purchase.
  
  
• Customers must present this warranty certificate and the original valid invoice to enjoy the warranty service.
  
  
• This machine has a unique serial number (machine body number) that must not be altered or removed.

• This machine is intended for private home use only and is not suitable for commercial purposes.
  
  
• Warranty is only valid under normal usage. Any damage caused by improper usage, overuse, or man-made damage (such as impact from falling, over-twisting the power cord, improper storage, or incorrect operation) is not covered under the warranty.
  
  
• The warranty does not cover consumables, such as wear-and-tear parts or loss of accessories.
  
  
• For battery products, the warranty does not cover the natural wear and tear of the battery.
  
  
• Damage caused by the use of non-original Kärcher parts and accessories is not covered under the warranty.
  
  
• The warranty will be void if the machine is repaired by an unauthorized dealer or anyone other than a Kärcher technician.
  
  
  Damage caused by natural disasters or pests is not covered under the warranty.
  In the event of any disputes, Karcher Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
  
  
  * Starting from January 1, 2026, products purchased from our authorized dealer, Shun Hing Group (Hong Kong and Macau), will be covered by a warranty service provided by Kärcher Germany Ltd. Customers must present the original official invoice issued by the dealer and the product warranty registration card for verification.
