This maintenance is only applicable to household cleaning equipment purchased from the Hong Kong official online store or official retail stores.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • Applicable only to products purchased from Kärcher Hong Kong Official Online Store and Official Retail Stores (excluding accessories and products purchased outside Hong Kong).

  • For products purchased from authorized dealers (e.g., Shun Hing), please contact the dealer directly for warranty services.

  • All machines purchased from Kärcher Hong Kong Official Online Store and Official Retail Stores are entitled to a two-year warranty. Please retain the relevant receipt and proof of purchase.

  • Customers must present this warranty card and the original valid invoice to enjoy the warranty service.

  • Each machine has a unique serial number (machine body number) that must not be altered or removed.

     

  • This machine is intended for private domestic use only and is not applicable for commercial use.

     

  • The warranty is valid only under normal usage. Any damage caused by improper use, overuse, or human error (e.g., dropping, impacts, excessive twisting of power cords, improper storage, or incorrect operation) is not covered under the warranty.

     

  • The warranty does not cover consumables, such as wear-and-tear parts or lost accessories.

     

  • For battery-powered products, the warranty does not cover the natural wear and tear of the battery.

     

  • Damage caused by the use of non-original Kärcher parts or accessories is not covered under the warranty.

     

  • If the machine is repaired by unauthorized dealers or non-Kärcher technicians, the warranty will be void.

     

  • Damage caused by natural disasters or pest infestations is not covered under the warranty.

    In the event of any disputes, Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG reserves the right of final decision.
