Terms and Conditions
Offer valid from 23rd January 2017 to 3rd March 2017.
All claims must be received on or before 3rd April 2017.
1. Promoter: Kärcher Limited (Kärcher UK) a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 1350233 whose registered office is at Kärcher House, Brookhill Way, Banbury, England, OX16 3ED
2. Qualification: To qualify for the accessory pack, you must purchase a brand new qualifying machine (see paragraph 6) costing €200 or more from any participating retailer or www.kaercher.com/ie and claim online or by post with proof of purchase during the promotional period referred to in paragraph 5. By submitting a claim, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please see www.karcher.ie/promotions for a copy of these terms and conditions.
3. Validation: You must complete all of the required fields to validate your claim, and all claims must be made online at www.karcher.ie/promotions or by post with claim forms being sent to (Karcher HPW Claims, PO Box 504, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE94 OAE)]. Responsibility will not be accepted by Kärcher UK for claims lost, damaged or delayed. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Claims will become the property of Kärcher Ireland.
4. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only. Kärcher employees and employees of Kärcher dealer partners and their respective immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the promotion. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be accepted. If there is any reason to believe that a customer has breached these terms and conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, Kärcher Ireland may, in its sole discretion, immediately reject such claim(s).
5. Promotional Period: Purchases must be made during the promotional period which runs from 23/01/2017 until 23:59 on 03/03/2017 and claims must be received on or before 03/04/2017. Any claims received after 23.59 on 03/04/2017 will not be valid and will be rejected.
6. Machines: This promotion only applies to purchases of pressure washers purchased for €200 or above, these include:

All other machines and all accessories, detergents and spare parts are excluded from this promotion.
7. Warranty: The standard manufacturer’s warranty remains unchanged.
8. Accessory Redemption:
a. Accessories will be sent directly to the address given by you in the claim form. You are responsible for ensuring that you enter the correct address- Kärcher Ireland cannot be held responsible for, and have no liability to reissue, any accessory packs which are delivered to an incorrect address, other than where this is caused by our own error.
b. Claims will only be considered submitted once a copy of a valid receipt has been received. Once a valid and completed claim form and proof of purchase has been received by Kärcher Ireland we will dispatch the accessory pack within 30 days unless unforeseen circumstances arise. In which case, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as practicable.
c. Accessory packs will only be available while stocks last and there is no cash alternative.
d. Only one accessory pack may be claimed per household.
e. Accessory packs are non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable].
9. Existing Offers: NOT to be used in conjunction with any other offers from Kärcher Ireland.
10. Right to withdraw: Kärcher Ireland reserves the right to alter, cancel or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
11. Liability: Kärcher Ireland shall not be liable for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) or consequential damage of any nature in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise caused by the acceptance of the terms and conditions or in connection with any of this promotion.
12. Data Protection and Privacy: By submitting a claim, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by Kärcher Ireland or its agents and suppliers only to the extent and for the time necessary to administer the promotion as set out in these Terms & Conditions. In particular, Kärcher Ireland will not transfer your data to any other third party or use/process your data for promotion or any other purposes. By participating in the promotion, you consent to processing of your personal data as described above. By submitting this claim you agree to be contacted by email. You may opt out at any point.
13. General: These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
