Position: Aftermarket Sales & Service

Responsibilities:
- Conduct installation & service of Kärcher machines, ensuring proper commissioning and educating customers on operating guidelines.
- Attend and resolve complaints, breakdown calls, and repairs while ensuring timely CRM updates and adherence to TAT.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of service products including consumables, AMCs, CAMCs, O&M contracts, and detergents.
- Understand customer needs, set priorities, and ensure timely resolution with high customer satisfaction.
- Promote and achieve parts and accessories sales while ensuring timely payment collection.
- Ensure alignment and compliance with service strategies, policies, and organizational standards.
- Provide operator training during installation and throughout the service contract period.
- Guide customers on minimum stock maintenance of spare parts and consumables to minimize machine downtime.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for contract customers.
Provide technical support to dealers and channel partners as required. - Ensure strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all times.
Working Conditions:
- Opening hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements for Candidates:
- B. Tech/BE or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of work experience (preferably field service/repair in mechanical or hydraulic systems)
- Strong written & oral communication skills
- Proficiency in customer handling and service reporting (CRM experience preferred)
