What does our warranty cover?
✅ Manufacturing Defects – Issues caused by production flaws.
✅ Electrical or Mechanical Failures – Malfunctions not caused by user.
What is not covered under warranty?
❌ Accessories
❌ Normal Wear and Tear – Parts that degrade over time (e.g., filters, seals, brushes, switches, hoses and etc).
❌ Misuse or Improper Maintenance – Damage from incorrect usage, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.
❌ Accidental or External Damage – Water damage, drops, power surges, or external factors.
❌ Domestic household machines that are used for commercial, industrial or rental purposes.
❌ Machines purchased from non-authorized dealers or overseas. Please take note of the rise of unauthorised and overseas sellers on Shopee and Lazada claiming to be an official store.
Alert: Technofied Vision Pte Ltd is NOT an authorised service provider for Karcher Singapore Private Limited. Any form of "International Warranty" will not be recognised. Purchases made from unauthorised stores on e-Commerce channels will not be covered under warranty.
Important Notes:

Please retain a copy of the invoice/sales receipt/proof of purchase for any future warranty claims. If you are not able to furnish either one of these, you will be subjected to pay for any repairs/replacement of parts.

The repair or replacement of your machine under warranty will not extend the period of the warranty.
