Items ordered directly from https://www.kaercher.com/ca/ will be delivered from our warehouse located in the Greater Toronto Area to the delivery address you entered during the order process. Purchased items typically ship within 2 business days and cannot be cancelled once shipped. All orders ship via Purolator Ground Canada or such other method of shipping as Kärcher deems appropriate from time to time

Products are currently available for delivery to street addresses in the ten provinces and three territories of Canada. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE CANADA
While we are unable to deliver to countries outside Canada, you may change the country (by clicking on the country name at the top left of this page) to determine if an online Kärcher shop exists in your area.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment approval. Orders after 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, on weekends and Ontario statutory holidays will be processed within the following 2 business days.
Currently, all shipments are made using Purolator Canada using Purolator Ground with standard delivery times estimated to take between 2 to 7 business days*.
*Please note delivery standards are for items sent between most major urban centers and depending on the destination, deliveries to remote areas may take additional days. Delivery standards are in business days, not calendar days.
Kärcher Canada Inc. will make every effort to process orders within this timeframe, but issues outside of our control, such as weather, or COVID-19 may cause delays. Kärcher Canada Inc. will not be held liable for shipping delays in any case. To process orders within this timeframe, we may need to contact you to validate your credentials.

Applicable federal and provincial taxes will apply on shipping charges listed above. Shipping charges can be calculated in the shopping cart before an order is completed. To see your shipping charges before making a purchase, simply add items to your cart and fill out the appropriate fields under “Billing Address” and “Shipping Address” and you will be prompted with all the available shipping methods and their cost. You will not be charged for an order until you have submitted your payment information and placed your order.
You will be sent a notice of shipment email with tracking information upon the shipment of your order.

Delivery is Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm local time, not including statutory holidays. If a delivery cannot be completed (for example, if you’re not home), the carrier will leave a notification at your door indicating where you can pick up your order.
If ordering multiple products your order may be delivered in multiple shipments. This is to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.
