REFUND POLICY FOR KÄRCHER CANADA ONLINE PURCHASES

At Kärcher we provide 2-7 business days delivery for the majority of our products. Delivery may take longer due to your location in Canada. No compensation is provided if a delivery does not arrive within the time specification.

Goods ordered from Kärcher Canada are delivered directly from our warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer. If you have any of the below issues, please contact Kärcher Canada at Eshop.Canada@karcherna.com within 7 days of receipt of your order:

  • Damaged goods in transit
  • Missing parts in box
  • Incomplete order (please note occasionally items are delivered separately)
  • Incorrectly shipped item
  • Any other product defects
  • Any other concerns regarding your order

In order for us to best handle your request, please follow the following steps when contacting us:

  • Complete our return form online (link to be inserted)
  • Ensure you have your order number and a reason for returning (in case we can help you overcome any issues)
  • Serial number– this is a 6 digit number located on the machine

Please note: we may request photos of goods or packaging via email after receipt of your return/refund request.

You must notify Kärcher Canada within 7 days of delivery if you believe that a detergent or chemical is damaged on delivery. You will not have any right to cancel an order for detergents or chemicals if the container seal has been broken or tampered with.

We believe that you will be delighted with your product purchase but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.

If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, just let us know. You may return any unused, undamaged items in their original packaging, purchased online from https://www.kaercher.com/ca/ within 30 days (in accordance with our refunds policy stated above) of delivery (based on Purolator tracking delivery date) – for a full refund of the purchase price as set out below. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or wrongly shipped items.

Items must be returned in the original packaging to the address provided in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please note for safety issue: pressure washers with gasoline engines must be free of gas and oil before being shipped for a return.

We'll refund your money for the product. Pay only for shipping – return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or wrongly shipped items. Refunds are credited back to customers’ Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit cards, PayPal accounts.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including accessories, parts, user manual and anything else that came with the item.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested. Click here to fill in your return request.

Once your return request is accepted (compliant with conditions stated above), a RMA will be emailed to you, please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your request. 

Print and include our Return Authorization Form (RMA) to your shipment. Ship back the carefully packaged item(s) in the original packaging to the address indicated on the RMA. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise you to ship back and keep record of your tracking number.

Returned items will be inspected on delivery and refund can be refused if not compliant to with conditions stated above.

Please explain the issue with the product and state whether you would like a refund or a replacement. Shipping fees for the return will be refunded for valid requests made within the adequate timeline.  Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

Currently we are unable to offer direct exchanges. Alternatively, you can return your order within 30 days of the delivery date and place a new order on https://www.kaercher.com/ca/.
