KÄRCHER FATHER'S DAY COMPETITION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SCHEDULE
1. THE PROMOTER Kärcher Ltd (NZBN 9429037966225), 257 Ti Rakau Drive, East Tamaki, Auckland 2013.
2. ELIGIBILITY Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.
3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD Starts from 20 August to 3 September 2026, closing at 11:59pm NZST.
4. HOW TO ENTER To enter, participants must: a) Follow @karcher_newzealand on Instagram; b) Like and repost this post on your story (tag @karcher_newzealand); and c) Tag a Dad in the comments and tell us why he deserves a Kärcher Water Blaster (profile must be public)
5. THE PRIZE Two winners will each receive one Kärcher K4 Universal Water Blaster valued at NZD $549.99 RRP. The prize is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5 i) The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to substitute any prize (or any component of a prize) with a substitute prize of equal or greater RRP value and/or specification if the advertised prize is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to supply chain delays, stock unavailability, or model discontinuation.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION Winners selected at random and announced via Instagram Stories on 4 September 2026 at 5:00pm NZST. The winner will be notified via Instagram DM within two (2) business days. If no response within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.
7. INSTAGRAM RELEASE This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you provide a complete release of Instagram from any and all liability.
8. GENERAL
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry not in accordance with these T&Cs.
Personal information is collected to conduct the promotion and will be handled in accordance with the Kärcher NZ Privacy Policy.
Kärcher New Zealand reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time.
By tagging the Promoter or using the hashtag, you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive license to share your entry material on their social media channels.
This competition is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
