COVID-19 UPDATE

14th May 2020

From Thursday 14 May our Kärcher Centers will reopen for all sales and service support.

In respecting your health and wellbeing along with that of our team, we politely ask while on site that you:

  • Sanitize your hands upon entry
  • Provide the team with your contact details for contact tracing purposes
  • Respect social distancing of about 1.5m

Please also be aware that we are experiencing some delays with deliveries due to the national demand for courier services.

At Alert Level 3, Kärcher are able to fulfil all online orders using contactless payment and delivery. Due to unpredictable demand and shipping considerations we ask customers to be aware that some delay to normal delivery timelines may occur. Please note all Karcher Center Showrooms remain closed. Contactless sales and services enquiries are possible. Please contact your local Karcher Center. Details can be found here

Kärcher will continue to allow online purchases of Professional Products to Essential Business and Service providers.

In addition to this Kärcher will also sell Indoor Cleaning products to residential customers as this meets the revised criteria from the NZ Government on “Essential Non-Food Consumer Products”.

Please note that products that do not meet the current criteria are still available for sale but with delivery made only after the self-isolation period has ended.

Karcher NZ provides both product and service support to multiple “Essential Businesses” (food manufacturers, medical equipment suppliers, supermarkets, etc.) and Healthcare facilities (Hospitals, Retirement facilities, Medical clinics, etc.). Karcher NZ is operating as an “Essential Business” and supports customer orders using all means necessary, including our Kärcher Online Shop option. Our logistics provider is also classified as an “Essential Business” for the purposes of shipping critical items. Non-essential orders will not be shipped during isolation period while we focus only on “Essential Business” orders.

Please note all Kärcher Centers in New Zealand are closed currently and unable to provide services.
