Kärcher (Pty) Ltd. South Africa (hereinafter: Kärcher) is organising the “Win the new KTM Enduro 300 XC-W competition” (hereinafter: Win the new KTM Enduro 300 XC-W competition)
1. How to Enter:
To stand a chance to win your purchase back in the “Win the new KTM Enduro 300 XC-W competition” you must supply all required information and valid proof of purchase of your Home & Garden pressure washer and upload it to http://www.kaercher.com/za/ktm. One entry is valid for one proof of purchase.
2. Conditions of participation:
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- Participants must reside in South Africa.
- Employees of Kärcher South Africa and Alfred Kärcher GmbH & Co. KG are excluded from participation.
- The Competition begins on 1 September 2023 and ends on the 30 November 2023.
- By entering you agree to the terms and conditions of this competition as well as being contacted by Kärcher.
- Kärcher has the right to disqualify participants without any reason and to exclude them from participating in the "Win the new KTM Enduro 300 XC-W competition". In particular, participants violating these conditions of participation or interfering with the process, particularly technical processes, or interfering with or manipulating, or attempting to interfere with or manipulate the "Win the new KTM Enduro 300 XC-W competition" in any way or attempting in an otherwise unfair manner to influence the "Win the new KTM Enduro 300 XC-W competition" or the choice of the winner may be excluded.
3. Competition Details:
- Winners are determined via a random name generator.
- The winners will be notified via email or telephone once their name is selected from the name generator. Winners will have 48 hours to respond. In the instance that winners are not able to claim their prize within 48 hours they will forfeit their prize and a new winner may be chosen and Kärcher holds the right not to choose another winner.
- One prize per valid entry. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents. The prize is neither negotiable nor transferable.
- Any applicable taxes, fees and charges in connection with the prize shall be paid exclusively by the winner.
- In the event of a breach of the conditions of participation, Kärcher reserves the right not to surrender the prize or to subsequently withdraw and recall it.
- Kärcher reserves the right to publish the names of the winners on the Kärcher website and the Kärcher Facebook page. The winner agrees to the publication of her/his name for this purpose.
- Prizes: KTM Enduro 300 XC-W valued at R169 999.00.
4. Warranty Exclusion:
Kärcher points out that the availability and function of the promotion website cannot be guaranteed. The "Win the new KTM Enduro 300 XC-W competition" may be prematurely ended or removed due to external circumstances (e.g. technical problems due to computer viruses, system errors, data manipulation) or constraints (e.g. if the “Win the new KTM Enduro 300 XC-W competition" cannot continue for legal reasons), without anticipation of claims of participants against Kärcher.
5. Indemnity:
All entrants and winners indemnify Kärcher, its advertising agencies, advisers, suppliers and nominated agents against any and all claims, damages or loss howsoever arising, including but not limited to wilful misconduct or negligent act or omission arising from their participation in this competition.

YOU AGREE THAT THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND OUR TERMS OF USE GOVERN YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE. ALL DISPUTES OVER PRIVACY AND YOUR DATA SHALL BE GOVERNED AS SET OUT IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND IN OUR TERMS OF USE.

The participant is entitled to withdraw from participation in the "Win the new KTM Enduro 300 XC-W competition" and demand the deletion of her/his data at any time by e-mail with the subject "Win the new KTM Enduro 300 XC-W competition" to marketing.za@karcher.com. Participation in the "Win the new KTM Enduro 300 XC-W competition" will no longer be possible in such a case.
7. Right to amend this policy:
Kärcher Pty (Ltd) reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any given time.
