Celebrating 90 years with a smile: Kärcher Australia Cleans Sydney's Heritage Listed Luna Park
Two 90-year-old icons, one day of bringing back the WOW. To celebrate our 90th anniversary, Kärcher teamed up with Australia's iconic Luna Park, Sydney. We put nine decades of cleaning innovation to work, restoring the shine to its world-famous smile and revitalising key areas across the park
Welcoming 1.2 million visitors each year, the iconic face was layered with years of outdoor dirt and grime. To restore its magic, our team gently cleaned the delicate fibreglass surface with the Kärcher soft brush and carbon fibre extension pole, bringing the brilliant shine back to its famous smile.
Luna Park's walkways faced a triple challenge: dirt from heavy foot traffic, food spills, and stubborn, damaged floor decals. The Kärcher HDS 10/21-4 M Classic hot water high-pressure cleaner tackled them all effectively blasting away accumulated grime and stripping the old decals. Its robust design, featuring a durable pump and motor, ensured it could perform powerfully and continuously throughout the day.
The KM 100/120 R Bp ride-on vacuum sweeper was used to efficiently clean the large forecourt. As a battery-powered, zero-emissions machine, it was perfect for extended use without producing harmful fumes.
