The "SB MU" modular, self-service, multi-station system for 4 - 8 self-service washing stations for vehicle exterior cleaning is individually configurable and can be extended as required. The five main components – pump module, hot water system, water softening and osmosis system, control cabinet and wash bay equipment – are installed in a technical room. For easy, time-saving and cost-effective installation on-site, the modules are preassembled on a frame in the factory. All components are easily accessible and extremely easy to service. High-quality components guarantee high process reliability. Depending on requirements on-site, each wash bay can be configured with up to 11 washing programmes (pre-cleaning, main wash and care). The Vario foam system is used for foam washing with a wash brush. Water volume and foam consistency (wet or dry foam) can be set by the operator. Customers benefit in particular from the clear user guide, logical layout of the ergonomic washing implements and efficient washing programmes for wheel cleaning, and the innovative care programmes for protecting paintwork (foam polish).
