Here's how it works: devices from the Home & Garden range can be repaired in our repair centres. Machines within their warranty period are repaired free of charge subject to our Home & Garden terms and conditions.
Specially trained service engineers ensure a high-quality repair. Repair stations for each product group and a full stock of replacement parts on-site also ensure an extremely quick repair. Every machine undergoes a complete function test and safety inspection.
- Package the faulty machine and any accessories that came with the product into a cardboard box.
- Enclose a brief description of the fault and a copy of the proof of purchase.
- Return the product to the closest Kärcher Centre, Service Parner or your place of purchase. Please use our Kärcher Center search tool by clicking here.

Kärcher offers private customers a warranty on Home & Garden products of two or five years depending on the exact model, from the date of purchase, covering material and manufacturing defects. For commercial use on Home and Garden products, we offer a warranty of three months. You must provide proof of purchase as proof of the warranty.
