Orders below 5,000 Baht:

• Bangkok and surrounding areas: 100 Baht per order
• Other provinces: 200 Baht per order

For products purchased directly from the Karcher Thailand website, we offer the following delivery services:

Domestic Delivery:

Home and Garden Products:

• Bangkok and surrounding areas: 3-5 business days
• Other provinces: 5-7 business days

Professional Products:

• Bangkok and surrounding areas: 7-10 business days
• Other provinces: 10-14 business days

International Shipping: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship products ordered from our online store to destinations outside of Thailand. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

• COD (Cash on delivery)

Product Returns

If you've made a direct purchase from our online store and wish to return the product(s) within 7 days, please follow these steps:

• Pack all items you wish to return into the packaging, including any accessories that came with the product. We recommend using the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
• Provide the return details on the return label received with your order invoice.
• Affix the return label onto the largest side of the packaging.
• Send the return package to the following address:

*Please ensure to verify the return shipment confirmation on the receipt provided by the courier service and keep the receipt as confirmation of the return shipment.

Note: Returns must be made from the address where the direct purchase was made. We cannot accept returns from purchases made through other online channels.
