Remembering that most of our floorcare machines are modular to be able to find parts for brush heads and squeegee bars we will often need to know more than just the machines article number.
Our squeegees will have an article number printed on them by the wear line- there are different profiles by floor type and depending on what is in the water being sucked up.
The brush heads can be Roller or Disk and there are multiple widths or diameters so we need to know the nomenclature on the side of the brush head and the colour of the bristles.
