Recently we seem to have been getting a large volume of calls relating to the red blinking light. This light means that the motor is turning in the wrong direction. Switch off the device and turn the phase inverter in the unity plug by 180 degrees. The machines are smart enough to know which way the motor is running and if they are going backwards the unit will shut down and the light above will blink on the control panel. Call an electrician to rotate 2 phases at the plugtop and after that everything will work.
