The HDC 40/16 VA stationary high-pressure cleaner is designed for businesses with extremely high cleaning requirements.With a pressure of 160 bar and a flow rate of 4,000 litres per hour, it delivers outstanding cleaning performance for industrial use. The intelligent system features two high-quality crankshaft pumps with brass cylinder heads, which are controlled by a modern PLC control unit. The PLC automatically switches the pumps on or off depending on water demand and ensures that both motors are used equally by balancing their operating hours. Thanks to its enormous capacity, up to four users can work simultaneously, each at a rate of 1,000 litres per hour. The robust design, featuring a stainless steel frame, ensures durability, whilst 4-pole electric motors with soft-start function protect the mechanical components.A key advantage is the PLC control unit: operating parameters can be tailored to the specific application, and the user is informed of the status or any error messages in real time via the display. In the event of any irregularities, the control unit immediately shuts down the machine for safety reasons. This makes the HDC 40/16 VA the ideal solution for industry, agriculture and the transport sector.
