Mobile, three-phase powered dust extraction system ID 265/55 Afc for vacuuming medium quantities of dust, fine shavings and hazardous dusts (OEL ≥ 0.1 mg/m³) with hard-wearing steel casing for industrial use.

The ID 265/55 Afc stationary dust removal system with a sound pressure level of 68 dB(A) is designed for vacuuming large quantities of dust, fine shavings and hazardous dusts (OEL ≥ 0.1 mg/m³). The three-phase powered system with a rated input power of 5.5 kW and a dust class M filter system features an IE3 efficiency class radial compressor for air flow rates of up to 2,655 m³/h as well as a motor designed for continuous three-shift operation. Thanks to its service-friendly design, it meets key requirements for tough industrial applications. Cleaning of the washable pocket filter is carried out via an electric shaker motor. The 50-litre mobile recovery tank features a sight glass for level inspection and is emptied via an ergonomic set-down chassis without removing the drive head. A PE sack with an integrated closing mechanism ensures a low-dust disposal process and safe disposal of the vacuumed material. Upon request, the application range can be extended to dust class H and Zone 22, as well as for use with several parallel suction points.
