The WRP Car Wash water reclamation system, designed for car wash systems, saves up to 85 per cent of fresh water. The water reclamation system impresses with a flow performance of up to 3000 l/h and recycles oil-free wastewater cost-effectively and efficiently. No flocculating chemicals need to be added. Thanks to a sufficiently dimensioned tank system and powerful hydrocyclone, particles > 20 µm are reliably removed. The recycled water can be reused for all wash programmes in the gantry car wash. Depending on the legal situation, excess water is discharged into the sewer system via an overflow at the pump pit, via a separation device or, optionally, directly from the reclaimed water tank. Unpleasant odours are reliably avoided through constant circulation and good ventilation. The modular and very flexible system offers the optimal solution for almost every site.
