We are confident you'll love your Kärcher product. Your order is backed by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee – all Home & Garden products can be returned for any reason for a full refund within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, just let us know. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested by email or by calling the phone number listed on your purchase receipt. Items must be returned in the original packaging to the address provided in the RMA. We'll refund your money for the product, no questions asked. Pay only for shipping – return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are credited back to customers’ Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit cards.
Only Home & Garden product purchases made directly from this site (kaercher.com/us) are eligible for our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. For all other purchases, please contact your authorized Kärcher reseller.
If you decide to keep your Kärcher product, rest assured that your purchase is protected by our industry-leading warranties. Please note: Pressure washers with gasoline engines must be completely free of gas and oil before being returned. Please consult with UPS or FedEx to make sure you meet their shipping guidelines.

Items purchased on our site that are received between November 1, 2021 and December 25, 2021, may be returned through January 8, 2022. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the above returns policy are still applicable. All purchases made after December 25, 2021 are subject to our standard Home & Garden return policy.
