Vessels of Hope - Kärcher Belgium Supports Mercy Ships

Everything started about one year ago, around Christmas time. Managing Director Kees Wagtmans and Patricia Potums, international Trainer, boarded the new hospital ship from the non-profit organization Mercy Ships. This ship - the newest of the fleet - was constructed in China and transformed into a hospital in the Port of Antwerp.

The goal was to find out what machines were needed to clean the large ship and how cleaning could be achieved most efficiently. When talking to the staff members on board, Kees & Patricia understood quickly that this is an exceptional project with a very high social responsibility.
