Mobile, robust and three-phase: the IVS 100/40 industrial vacuum cleaner for vacuuming medium quantities of swarf, sand, blasting abrasive and combustible as well as hazardous types of dust (OEL ≥ 0.1 mg/m³).
The IVS 100/40 is a UL and CSA certified industrial vacuum cleaner which complies with the standards according to NFPA 652 and is designed for diverse applications. The three-phase, robust and mobile machine is suitable for vacuuming fine swarf as well as combustible and hazardous types of dust (OEL ≥ 0.1 mg/m³) as well as large swarf, sand or blasting abrasive. Thanks to the low-wear tangential process air inlet, the suction waste is efficiently separated from the air flow and, in turn, a high pre-separation efficiency in the container is achieved. The tank is made from stainless steel for use with aggressive suction media and is emptied ergonomically using a set-down trolley without removing the drive head. The vacuum cleaner has a powerful and energy-efficient (IE3) side channel blower for high vacuums and a directly driven low-maintenance motor that is designed for continuous operation. The high suction power is guaranteed at all times with the washable dust class M star filter and the mechanical filter cleaning with shaking mechanism. Features included as standard, such as a pressure gauge, round off the equipment package.
