Mobile, robust and three-phase: the IVS 100/55 industrial vacuum cleaner for vacuuming medium quantities of swarf, sand, blasting abrasive and combustible as well as hazardous types of dust (OEL ≥ 0.1 mg/m³).
The IVS 100/55 is a mobile industrial vacuum cleaner with a powerful and energy-efficient (IE3) side channel blower and dust class M filter engineering. The three-phase machine is suitable both for vacuuming medium quantities of fine swarf and combustible or hazardous types of dust (OEL ≥ 0.1 mg/m³) as well as large swarf, sand or blasting abrasive. A manual shaking mechanism for the cleaning the filter and the washable star filter ensure a constantly high suction. The motor is low-wear and low-maintenance, and enables three-shift operation of the vacuum cleaner. The tangential process air inlet separates the suction waste from the air flow so that high pre-separation efficiency is achieved in the container. The stainless steel tank is suitable for aggressive media and is emptied via an ergonomic set-down trolley without the removal of the drive head. The vacuum cleaner is both UL and CSA certified and complies with the standards according to NFPA 652. In addition, the mobile chassis for excellent manoeuvrability and the very robust, service-friendly design make the machine ideal for tough industrial applications.
